Use the following instructions to reset your Cloud Password. This password is NOT associated with CTTS University. This is the password located on the Windows Security screen as shown below.
1. Navigate to: https://pwe.mytaxofficeonline.com/
2. Enter your individual work email address in the Email field.
3. Enter your current “cloud” password in the Old password field.
4. Enter a new password in the New password field.
5. Confirm the new password in the Confirm field.
6. Click the box to verify the reCAPTCHA.
7. Click Submit.
If you are having issues resetting your password:
1. Ensure there are now spaces before or after the email or password
2. Ensure your password does not contain your name
3. Ensure your password meets the listed requirements
4. Ensure you are entering the correct work email.
