If you are having issues getting logged into our cloud. You may be not establishing the domain, correctly. When you select the desired tax year from our Cloud Client application, you will then be required to login to the "cloud".
The cloud login window looks something like this, depending on your windows version:
As you see from the image above, the "domain" is blank. You MUST establish the domain before entering your username.
You can establish the domain by entering the following, before your username: tti\
