The CrossLink software is assigned a unique identifier called User ID (UID). This UID can be located by utilizing your Cloud Client and/or Work In Progress (WIP) screen.
Follow the instructions below to successfully locate your UID:

1. Open the CTTS Client.
NOTE: If the Cloud Client won't Open, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
2. Click Status.
3. Locate USERID.
